Hunter was amazing!!!! I walked in, told him what i was looking for, and he did not fail to impress me! He listened to exactly what i wanted and needed and he even took the time to explain different shoe choices to me. He was great. Thanks again Hunter!!!!

Nicole knows her stuff!! I got fitted for my first pair of Hokas. Go to Ross Park Mall and ask for Nicole. I promise ypu will have a 5 star experience.

I didn’t catch their names, but let me tell you the lady and gentleman that were in the Ross Park Mall store on 8/16/25 were the absolute best. I’m in there shopping for dude shoes for an absent brother, what a pain right, but after a problem occurred with his preferred pair, the kind lady brought out every similar pair in his size she could find, and allows us the time to ponder the perfect pair. This entire time, she and the man were just extraordinarily kind to us, keeping up with a casual conversation on par with a therapist. Anyhow, the kid loves the shoes thanks to their help, and I have to hand all props to these great people. I will be returning for the next pair of kicks I need! Thanks Tradehome Shoes!!!

My experience has been incredible. I came into the store with feet hurting so much that it inhibited my walking. Hope Belanger assisted me be scaning my feet and finding the right shoes with the proper insoles. I now can walk comfortably. Hope has a warm, personable and confidant personality. I would highly recommend this store for your best pair of shoes.

Absolutely excellent service!! My roommate and I came in looking for shoe inserts for his boots, and Hope walked us through finding the right set, trying them on, and figuring out where some extra support was needed. We walked in not knowing really where to start, so Hope's expertise was super helpful and appreciated!!! She and Dorian both were very kind and welcoming. Thanks!!

We had a wonderful experience here and our salesperson Nicole was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant. We bought a pair of Pikolinos shoes and a pair of Pikolinos boots, together with products to keep them maintained and waterproofed. I’ve never had such beautiful and comfortable footwear. Thank you thank you Nicole and Tradehome Shoes! We definitely will return.

After reading so many great reviews about Tradehome Shoes, I decided to try it out and all of the reviews are honest! Faizal ( one of the salesmen) was so helpful, kind and patient. He brought out many shoes for me to try on. I didn’t purchase anything at the time since I’m still in search of the correct size sneakers for me. I will purchase shoes and perhaps orthotics there in the near future since they carry a large selection of wide width there unlike most stores.
